  1. How do we get parts i cannot find anywhere to order.

  2. there is a link at the top of the page, or go directly to http://parts.rrrf.org

  3. Hi,

Do you sell complete kits? I notice there is a kit page but it is empty. Thanks - I’d really like to build this with my sons this summer.

    Regards,
    Kathryn

  4. Unfortunately, we do not have a kit of parts to sell… yet. We’re definitely working on it, and my tentative guess is that it should be available in the fall.

  5. I am requesting a starter kit at cost and would like to know how / where to go, is there a link ? to purchase one.

    Sincerely,
    James Hudspeth

  6. I live in Rostov-on-Don, Russia.
Is it possible to send ordered parts internationally?
Fortunately I can bought and old USSR 3-dimentional manipulator for extra-low price about $40 (here you can look photo of it: http://richart-consalt.ru/robot.jpg). So I want to construct extruder, attach to it and obtain something like bootstrap.

  7. Yes, we do ship internationally.

  8. Hi,

Any updates regarding the complete kit for RepRap?

  9. Can you supply the Al acorn nuts un-drilled?

  10. Hi,

can one actually purchase those stepper motors? The news section talks about 48 in stock, but they don’t appear in the shop.

  11. Stepper motors are out of stock. Any estimate when they’ll be back in? If possible, put me on a waiting list.

  12. Stepper motors should be back in stock mid-june.

  13. Cool! Thanks.

  14. Zach Smith,

The woman who now owns the number 515.290.6779 wants you to update your contact information.

I’m an open source enthusiast that owns a product sourcing company. I would like to help your organization find better factory direct sources for parts. And for this project I’ll find your sources for free.

  15. Know you’re busy, but just wondering the status of the stepper motors.

Also, what are the specs of the motors?

    Thanks.

  16. no worries… answering questions is part of ‘being busy’ ;)

i reordered motors last week, sending check today. should be arriving next week.

as for specs, they are the Keling motors on this page: http://reprap.org/bin/view/Main/StepperMotor#Keling_KL23H51_24_08B

  17. Awesome! I really appreciate the update!

  18. Hate to pester, but I’m anxious to finish my machine. Any estimate when the steppers might ship out?

  19. They are scheduled to arrive today. Your order should ship tomorrow.

  20. Woohoo! Worth the wait.

  21. Another quick question: Does the RRRF ever plan to start selling the molded extruder parts? I know BitsFromBytes has an extruder kit, but I would much prefer to buy from RRRF, even if it is more expensive than BFB.

Thanks for all your hard work.

  22. Yes, we definitely plan on selling molded parts ASAP.

i’ve started the first set of molds, and i plan on making a couple more to speed up the process. you can expect the molded parts in 3-4 weeks, and ideally a full kit within 2 months.

  23. About Sanguino v1.0.

    Can I use mega324p,mega164p for Sanguino v1.0?
In that case, do not I become it if I do not change firm ware or Win-API?

  24. Hi,
The RepRap is a fantastic concept, well done.

Have you herd of anyone using the plastic extruder head and modified software with a conventional CNC milling machine which would normally be milling out steel ?
I have such a machine avalible to me and it would be nice to utilise the machine mechanics and control with 500×500x500mm travel to make some 3D abs model parts with it rather than mill them, or build a new machine from scratch.

  25. Hello, I am new to the Reprap community, in fact, I don’t even have a Reprap yet. I have considered buying a Reprap kit from this site but I have been unable to. Whenever I attempt to buy a kit, my browser simply says that the page no-longer exists. Is that because you are no longer selling them? Or has the shop moved to a different site?

  26. I tried to send an email from Prototyping / R&D, but I received the following error:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    zach@rrrf.org

    Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table (state 14).

  27. Is the store still up? Whenever I click the parts tab I get redirected to the partsupplies/main page on the RepRap website.
