Meeting started on skype at 0830GMT.
Bylaws were approved unanimously.
Zach, Simon, Vik, Ed, Adrian all voted to board unanimously
Nominations were made as follows:
Director, Treasurer - Zach
Secretary - Ed
Chair - Adrian
Vice-chair - Simon
Temporary Secretary - Vik, until September.
All positions voted in unanimously.
